I was sick Thursday and went home from school
I slept for 6 hrs. did home work and went to bed
on friday I got 92% on WW like always, the number seems to like me
I received my grade for the test I didn't study for
100% it was chemistry not history. I don't even want to imagine not studying for a History test
I also found out that I have a IQ of 144, that is cool. it would explain the chemistry
they call me 'highly gifted'
I would rather be able to memorize WW, spell or even read than be highly gifted
yep that is right I am a highly gifted LD(leaning disabled person) who can't read faster than a sixth grader
it is partly why I am attracted to technology so much
spell check, and text reading function ease my life, and save me time
because I don't read, I don't spell, my brain doesn't make it a point to remember the sequence of letters in words, I can't tell the difference between "to" and "too" you might have noticed
I feel like a retarded genius right now
I wish my isight would work so I could take a pic of what I am drawing now for a Geometry project
this is one of my more genius moments


anyways after school the kid I tutor in english(o the irony) wasn't there so I went straight to omega and got ripped off 400 tg per hr.($3.33) really that is so dumb
last time I ever go
I lost bad at DOTA but kicked but(oo look a spelling mistake spell check didn't catch) in COD4, Daesun was on my team
AIS(rich rival school) dudes came in just as we left, it would have been fun to play/destroy them
like we did in Soccer
Youth group sucked
had a coulpe guys over and we watched Office season 1
Soccer on saturday
we have to ref for AIS elementary if we can use their field for practice
kinda embarrassing that we own a dust bowl, and have to go to the school we destroyed(in sports) to practice

after that we had a 2 hr practice game against adults. we won 3-2 or something like that
I think my coach might make me a starter. Chad was sitting half the game
and Nate no longer wants to be defense

I can either do Chemistry home work or go to bed

it would not be possible
for apple to make such a big change to their product line
and there is evidence that says that apple will only be updating or introducing 6 new products
and macrumors says that it would make sense that three mac books each with different specs and three mac book pros, like they currently offer for immediate shipping
however this rumor only suggest that the iTablet will not be introduced
there is still the possibility that the track pads of the MB and MBP could be replaced with a touch screen, and the key board kept. a picture was faked showing what I just described on the MBP
it would be incredibly unrealistic

mac world sounds like a good time to introduce a new product line
like this year with the MBA

Product Name 'Brick'

You people are thinking o not another Apple post on some touch product, the last one suced I know
it had to many unproven theories
but this one could be really good

I was inspired by macenstein to hope that what I had been dreaming might come true

In this artical he states that the code name 'brick' for apples new product will be the brick that destroys windowsrather than being a actual brick computer
How could Apple do it how could they make a product that apple could even compete against
I hinted about it before, yes touch technology. Microsoft doesn't make touch products
they make software
so apple can make a piece of hardware that they have already spent the money researching for with the iPhone. All they have to do is take the touch screen and put it on all macs
Microsoft can make the software for it but Dell, HP, exc don't have to funds to research and build touch screens for their products.
if they do make them the price will be so high to pa for the research that apple will be cheaper

iTablet
They could if they are ready add the iTablet at the same time, but I know that they will wait until everything is perfect and the public are ready for it.
Google will not be in the picture at all. they crossed the line with the Android. Bad move
using the same technology as the iPhone Apple could make a touchable version of OS X 10.5
It's major attraction will be computing on the go.
And the interface will make the user feel like they are playing the soccer game rather than watching it from the sidelines with the standard mouse
People will love the new interface of iTablet

Mac Book Touch(MBT)
I designed one of these with the help of Kathy
thank you dude
it is basically a Mac book with a secondary touch screen in place of the keyboard and mouse pad
it will be the size of the keyboard is now and when typing will show the keys and give responsive clicks.
it will allow you to be apart of the OS but just from a smaller screen. the larger screen will still be nice for movies, photos, browsing, and other screen filling functions of a computer

Mac Book(MB)
You might be asking why will they keep the Mac Book when they have such amazing MBTs
simple price. If I know apple, which I do they will try to make a lot of extra money on this new interface. so they could easily charge 600$ more for a MBT than a MB, when it only coast 1500$ to make the screen.
Apple will want to keep their low end products for the general public and could take the macbook put it in a new aluminum case and sell it for 800$
tis will drop it down to where it is significantly more competitive.

You might be wondering what about the Mac Book Pro Touch
Apple can solve that problem simply by increasing the range of specs for it, to ingulf both the Macbook range and the MBP
The MBP standard will also see a significant price drop

I know what you are thinking, WHat about Battery life?
I have addressed this to
Silver ion batteries, they contain more power. at what stage of research they are at I know not but it is the only thing that can save macs and their power consuming secondary screens.

I think that covers the portable line fairly well
but what about the desktops lines
don't worry I have them covered

Both the iMac and the Mac Pro could share the same product
You are probably catching on by now, yep the touch Keyboard
It will be USB powered and take the place of the mouse and keyboard, a regular mouse maybe bought separately for gammers, until they adapt to the interface

I designed this with Katy as well but I have no digital for of the drawings I will make them as soon as I find the time. To help you visulize what I have described with words.

The Weekend

After a very long day friday I went gaming a as class like I had planed
then we waste precious time eating, we took a bus
and then watched monty python, I could write a post about the movie, but I am drinking coffee
and the two don't mix

so then we went to the burns and I asked micah to shoot me while I stand there until the gun is empty
I am the dare devil, and would do it again anytime


then I went gaming again
then I was late for soccer practice (gaming wasn't my idea, I was against it)
then I went to Michael's
and now I am tired
I had no extra sleep over the weekend

Ya so I was wrong on a lot of things
but right on so many more
the shuffle feature is in the nano
half of the Classic is gone
and nanos got bigger and smaller in two different ways

Hey so fridays ya
every friday we memorize 15 WW words and write them word for word

there is very little communication between teachers and Steohanie does her best to delay tests
she got away with Chemistry

we are going to go play at omega till 5, with the girls

and no sleep till 3

but I have to much studying to do

Apple- "Lets Rock" Music based event

AS few you you may know
Apple is hosting a Lets Rock event in 5 hrs
I will tell you guys about what you should expect
for the iPod line
(iway or the high way)

The iPods-The worlds highest capacity MP3s at the lowest prices

iPod Nano- has fully functional video support and games and every kind of music format, in cover flow and wide screen video
they come in
4 and 8 gb models 150$ and 200$ respectively
4gb models are only grey/white
8gb models are ger/white, pink, blue, green, black, and red(pastel kind of colors)

the future iPod nano will be resemble the iPod nano 1st and second generation models
it will be elongated with a motion sensor to detect screen orientation change (wide or tight screen)

it will still have a wide screen mode but it will be activated by the motion sensor when rotated. The screen will be larger and enhance videos better
the nano will come in 8 and 16 GB capacities, 100$ and 200$ respectively

The shuffle
Has always been the cheapest model starting at 50$- 1gb
it has no screen but plays the music either in order or shuffled

The new shuffle will in corporate and shake feature that will either shuffle or unshuffle you music
I suspect that apple will bring the shuffle back to the stick form but keep the smaller on/off switch
the general controls should stay the same but we may see a capacity raise but constant
It will very much resemble a stylish USB flash but have the ability to play music.
4gb at 50$ pulse the ability to play music will be extremely competitive in the flash market

The iPod Touch
It is basically a hand held video player
with a large touch screen like the iPhone it is about to do all of the same things except those things that require GPS or GSM

However the new iPod touch could very likely have a GPS as well making it compatible with location based apps
A nice addition will be a memory double like all previously mentioned iPods will
16, 32, and 64 at 200$, 300$ and 400$ respectively
this is looking like iPod classic sizes, WOW

THe iPod Classic
I really don't have much of an idea what will happen to this classic product
I suspect a massive price drop, at least to 300$ for the 160GB
it will simple be a hard drive with a screen
There is also a chance of a iPod classic/iPod Touch integration
have one model have full sized touch screen with regular 120GB HDD
increasing the the total capacity will drain the batter to fast
it could be likely discontinued because of this
if silver based batteries come out , the iPod Classic might just survive

That concludes my thought on the iPods

SOrry guys no MacBook or MBP till later this year of even next January keynote
and not tablet till then at least

Speech Class

I hope this will be the first of many posts to come describing different classes
Speech- Monday and Friday- Mrs. Horsley

For today we had to do some kind of quiz to discover our apprehension in communication
I got 26/30(hight is more apprehension) for Public SPeaking, 26/30 for 1 on 1 conversations, 24/30 for Meetings, and 14/30 for Group conversations.
This is a total score of 90/120
In the explanation for the quiz it tell me that people between 56 and 83 have normal appr., people above have excessive appr., and that people below have little appr.
IN class to day when the teacher surveyed
how many people were in each category, I was the only on out of 14 people above 83
THE ONLY ONE
SHe told me that I got a high score because I think out my words carefully. I mentioned that that is probably why I Chat on face book and Blog rather than talk
I do well in small groups, like with friends and stuff but if all the attention of one or more people is focused on me I freak out
I told my class that if they ever want to waste the time talking to me, to do it on face book
or email and not speak directly with me

Same with all you readers which is probably none

You internet Browser structures your internet experience

I have never used Opera so I can't help you there all I know is that it is as slow as FireFOx

FireFox
Was designed to but like Internet Explorer but with a better interface
they were highly successful and now is more popular than IE(internet explorer)
They allowed tool bars, download managers, personalized interface, and graphic book marks
I think they allowed to many extra features
it is like having a browser that has dashboard in it
and I know how hard it is to start up dashboard with 512 RAM
Fire FOx is just to slow, it is precisely a fat browser

Internet Explorer
I don't need to say much here it is all to apparent
I know I am a biased Mac user
but really it is the worst browser ever made
so hard to use, doesn't make any sense
I won't elaborate to much

Safari
Fast easy simple
Maybe a little to simple
They have a efficient very simple downloader no complaints
they have simple text book marks, could be better with icons like FireFox
Browsing speed is exceptional
as well as start up speed
I would use Safari but I need a few more features as a power user

Camino
I would have to say it is a very good hybrid between Fire FOx and safari
Made by Mozilla for Mac and mac alone
It incorporates all the features of Safari including its extremely smooth interface
with some of the key features of firefox, such as the 2GB cache, and icon bookmarks, as well as my favorite but pointless, the loading and what it is loading from bar
I am waiting for the next version of safari to trump Camino and then I will go back
until then I stay with Camino

You may wonder why I haven't included Googles new Google Chrome in
this post
I have a good reason it doesn't come for mac
The vise pres. of google once asked a well known computer crittic to review Google chrome
She answered that she wouldn't do it because Google Chrome isn't for mac.

RAM- Random Access memory

I am back on my mac
Yesterday my Dad took Natasha to mac serves and they looked over it they replaced the damaged 256 RAM for 4200 tg. THey sait it would be 20,000 to get 2 gigs(20,000 tg is about 160$)
now I am back online wasting my time doing nothing or what I posted before

This Week was Hell
WW, LA papers, Chem, Math, but load of home work

We made structers out of noodles and marshmellows
I designed ours and it did really well but didn't win
Then I went Gaming for 2 hrs. and did really well, better than Dan
now I am watching vids on youtube

Natasha is Sick

For those of you who don't know who Natasha is
Natasha is my Apple iMac she is 3 years old and my source of stress relief
I have been wanting to get her 2GB of RAM and increase the rate at which she can relive my stress.
Unfortunately I have been around computers to long and now consider myself a techie
so 2 days ago to test whether or not I could take the RAM out my self I took the RAM out
and followed the directions by using my thumb to but them back then closing the flaps
I have an older model iMac and the directions were for the Aluminum. So when I pushed the flaps closed they some how damaged the RAM reader.
Great my computer gives me the damaged RAM status blink
After several hours of experimenting I managed to get my computer to start up into Windows XP using only 256mb of RAM, It was great I could play games and get online. Unfortunately this was on a windows, and if you have read any of my previous posts you will understand that I don't use windows I use Leopard 10.5.4
So I tried starting it up in Leopard 30 min later I could get online and listen to music
30 freaking minutes!!!
SO I can use my computer but it is so slow win switching programs that it is amlost not worth it
I am on my mom's Power Book G4 with 512mb it is so nice

I am hoping that with in a week or 2 or 3 that my Dad will buy me 2GB or RAM now that my RAM is broke
I am hoping I broke the RAM not the RAM reader
RAM can be replaced more easily

Pray for my compy people
