I decided to write a post on what I do online because today I have been online constantly except for when I mowed the lawn
most of the link below are also to the right

I spend my time online in 6 different ways
1. Face Book
2. Apple
3. YouTube
4. Chatting
5. Blogging
6. Online Games

1. FaceBook
I constantly have a tab open in facebook
constantly
If I am online, I am on facebook. in an idle way
I will look every once and a while at the class thread or at pictures but I am not extremely active

2. Apple
another one of the tabs I open on startup is MacRumors

after reading the news there I then change the tab to AppleInsider
http://www.appleinsider.com/
this sight provides me with more detailed information on what I saw on mac rumors, in the form of a article rather than a post
From there I click on a link to roughly drafted
http://www.roughlydrafted.com/
Roughly Drafted gives me several page articles on different topics
YOu might be wondering where is Apple.com? don't worry it haas its place
I go there to either download games at www.apple.com/download/ or to look up prices and specifications. I help my friends or patents decide what to buy cause they have the money and I can never buy anything.

3. YouTube
I first started using youtube to find monty python videos, about 3 months ago.
From there it has evolved into a great sorce for mac vs. pc debates. I also se it to lighten my life alittle. some people go to sports or squishy balls to relieve stress, I go to youtube
it is amazing how a few south park or happy tree friends can lighten your mood.

4. Chatting
part of this could be in face book but chatting extends out of face book as well so I just separated it.
As I said before I am on facebook constantly waiting for someone I need to or enjoy talking to like Chan, Hannah, Kara ect.
Unfortunately these people aren't on all the time so I can chat with them. THat is probably why I do chat with them. It is a good thing they are not or else I would never get any work done
I often chat with Chan using MSN, Kara using Skype, and Hannah using facebook chat

5. Blogging
I usually blog after I have done everything I can possibly think of including completing the Apple cycle I mentioned above, before going to online games
DUring the summer I didn't blog much because I had not much to blog about but now during school more is going on.
I also go through other people's blogs, not all of them as interesting
--Kara post something new!!! I am tired of seeing that you posted you template thing 5 weeks ago. thanks--
I don't know who reads this blog. if you do leave a comment at the end so I can make it more reader directed. I wouldn't be surprised if no one read it.

6. Online Games
I though I had to add this cause it is apart of my online life. The first flash gaming sight I visit is addictinggames.com, it has every recently posted game as well as classic ones. If I get bored of all the games there then I move on to miniclip.com or freeonlinegames.com, thank fully I rarly reach this level or boredom it usually only occurs after 2 or more days at the computer. It can be expected for tomorrow. I enjoy a lot of RPG, strategy as well as mindless stick figure splattering games.

Please not this is just my online life, it doesn't include music, hardcore gaming, home work, or computer matenance/design. I will save then for next time I finnish the apple cycle and aren't bored enough for games.

When I am completely wasted of idea I do what I am about to now ... sleep

Day 7-8 of School/Hell

Thursday
NOt much happened at the beginning of the day
After lunch during our second period of russian they tell us to go to the Zal for medical checkups
we missed the rest of russian and what would hae been a pop quiz in History. and I arived just in time for a movie which listed to the end of the period

At the end of the day I had a very productive torturing session with Hyunu
and got some Home work done before liz got out of practice

Friday
I got up before 6 and started studying
I went to breakfast with my dad at 6:30
and I passed with 88%
lucky me

WE made plains in Tech
we got 3rd
the winner had a rock like item and threw it

I got my first paycheck from Daesun
and went gaming with my sis and others, we whopped them so bad it wasn't even funny
I think I will get COD4
fun game

Afterward I went to the school picnic and spent the whole time with Chan and Daesun
I explained all the genius features of mac to him and now he regrets buying his PC

I went home and here I am the next day trying to figure out what to do with my 3 day weekend

Day 4-6 of School/Hell

Kara you left and so monday you weren't there
The class got your note

we had our first soccer practice today
I don't feel like doing soccer this year
I have a torturing job and don't have much time for stuff like that
my dad is mad that I torturing is my #1 priority but I have a responsibility to this kid and there are others playing soccer
last year my grades suffered during soccer
I am determined to change something
this isn't working
4 days a week of torturing and then 3 practices
not to mention tech
home work and my blog might slide
I have to keep on top of things

It will be tuff first term but I am James Brooks Wiley 5th
you know me
but the biggest problem is God getting pushed to the back as these things cloud my focus
I need to do some reflection on my life now and decide what has got to go to make room for God

Mentoring started today
I am helping Mr. Peter mentor Daniel
if it doesn't work out I think I can go mentor a 7th grader
Dan needs help so I will stick with this until I start doing more harm than good

For now I need to get a head in some home work

Week End 1- Peak koncimolski

Yes this weekend I hiked the second hardest/highest peak near Almaty.
NO we did not use the chair lift to go up chimbulak
YES I did want to

Friday after school we went to Daniel's to get ready we went from there to chimbulak
I got the tent :Z
because the chair lift wasn't working we walked up. Mr. Burns made it in 1hr. + 25 min
we made it in 2 hrs



the guide is like "gaverete S.." when he took our picture
it was rather comical
we set up camp next to the sewastica on the rocks




Daniel and Brian sat up all night talking about girls. because I was in the middle I couldn't sleep
I finally started swearing at them and they shut up






we left at 7 and headed straight up the rocks towards the glaciers
because of the snow several days earlier I was able to grip the ice. we did that for about an hour then put on rock climbing gear
I got this natzi helmet








We climbed using ropes for 1.5 hrs and finally got to the top
we went for a nother 1.5 hrs. to get down. it was a lot harder and started snowing at the end of the rocks



We spent the rest of the day climbing back down then mountain, glacier, and chimbulak
we caught a taxi to madeo and my dad picked us up from there
I am thankfully not sore
and am going to do home work now

Ok so the next post isn't about the koncimolski hike but I though I would post this before I go to be and to the other in the morning

Day 3 of Hell/School

Friday

I get up early still sore from the 5 k but feeling better because of the streaching I had done the night before.
WOrld History- our teacher was feeling nice and so not only did she make us a study sheet but she also didn't give Home Work
Chemistry- Nothing to say
LA- more rules about WW
Geometry- slightly interesting, I knew everything she talked about already
PE- Very fun, was able to take it easy. and wopped the girls in ultimate
RU- easy, but just frustrating having nothing to do in class

now for the fun on Electives- Tech
We have a new teacher in tech. Not only does he know something about tech but he also knows how to teach.
Very good combo. Don't tell last years teacher!!!

WE built bridges out of news paper and saw how much weight each could hold.
I won and got a Coke
ours was a single pillar design(my idea)
it held 3leters of coke and 2 world history text books
My coke exploded on the way out of class

Then I left school to go climb up Peak koncimolski

Day 2 of School/Hell

TOday was the first day of class where we actually have to start learning.

This morning I was unable to run the 2 miles as I wold have liked to due to soreness

I arrived at school 5 minutes early.
Again I found the back row empty and moved to where I had sat yesterday parallel to the teacher
our room is so cramped!!!!
We started off with an introduction and then went directly to our 3-5 essay. Unfortunately I had no clue for any of the choices and chose #2 about the title of the book.
I finished 10 minutes early and had time to review which was good. We then turned in our Study Guides.
The next class was chemistry where we talked about big foot, it wasn't that interesting.
Then we had a study hall to do our Biology homework
Break was to short!!!!
Then Geometry, where we learned abouot how behind everyone else in the class is.
In Russian we had 2 new students, more like old students that didn't pass last year.
I once again am unfortunately stuck with the job of explainer.
Then we had another peroid where the teacher talked and I translated.
World history was scary. If our project is 1day late we get 30% off
aaaaahhhhhhh!!!
how can they do this to us????
but the teacher was cool a nerd like me if not a computer nerd

Lastly we had speech.

just I am very bad in front of people
very bad
BUt I cracked a joke at the beginning about how my face must be turning red already and everybody laughed
I kept my improve short and funny and I think I did ok
not really sure

then I took a #9 home and finished my homework

now I can spend the rest of the day online yepeee

First day of School/Hell

OK sorry I haven't been posting for so long
I haven't really had much to post about(not true)

Today was the first day of school.

Well I better start at the begining

I got up at 6:15 rather than 6:00 like I usually do because I stayed up till 11 and was tired.
I decided to wear my long lost Geek Squad shirt. I did this to be a self professed geek to help with first impressions making sure people I wasn't miss classified.

I got to school 10 min early and went straight to my new room rather than talking to people at the gate. I hate that kinda thing.
I found a awesome trash can with a spinning lid as well as daesun in the room with a stomach acke.
We went to worship and the then listened to the three main rules again for the 11 time

finally we moved on to the house points event of the day, it was awesome after all I am in Zambul.
we did a 4 person ski walk around the building 10 each time getting a letter in a word.
We did very well got the letters and found the word first. getting 1200 house points

Afterwards I went in and changed into gem clothes for the strenuous activity my dad had talked about.
Then I went to Chapel but no longer what it was about, training I think ... whatever
then I ran a five k in 22 min placing 4th. I got a T-shirt !!!!!!!! along with the rest of the school
I could have done better

During lunch I ate my Lasagna with my Korean bros and signed up for tech team with Katy(Brian) and Daniel. Where it says you grade me and daniel wrote Pie
reciting Pie and signing up for Tech team and elective also helped to avoid incorrect first impressions

we then went a wrote our names on puzzle pieces and did you book check in, name everything, and lock organizing. we hada to stay an extra 40 min.

Here I am now writing this and trying to avoid my summer reading.
I have been inspired to run in the morning. We will se if I actually do. I hope so
I need an iPhone
